Angry im too young..

I am only 16 and you know your average teen doesnt make that much money, so i was wondering if someone can lead me into the right direction of some cheaper rims, cuz i have been looking at rims and noticed it would cost well over 800 for some nice lookin ones, so if anyone knows of a place tell sells cheaper rims that would be greatly apperciated. thanks!

keep the stockers. Other than that anythig on that price would be useless.

If I where you I wouldn't got the body kit in the first place. that would have saved you some money for better rims.

i had the same idea, but my dad said he wanted to get me the kit anyway, but instead i asked for rims, but he said no body kit, so i dont have much of a choice. the reason why i am gettin the kit is because my front bumber and rear bumber are messed up so my dad just said what the hell why not just get a body kit. so either way i got no choice, do you know how much stock rims sell for??

Are people really this stupid. The kid said he doesn't want the stock rims yet, two people still go on to say, keep them stock. As for a cheap place to buy rims, you won't get any better than 800. Maybe used you could get nice ones for about 800 with tires.

Haha, I'm in the exact same situation as you are. I'm also 16 and don't have enough money for new rims, but I'm quite fond of the stock rims for now until I save enough for MazdaSpeed MS-01S (might take awhile but it'll be worth it). I just spent the last of my money on a new paint job and engine rebuild.

damn you people..*shakes fist* ahah b.t.w if you ever take a vacation to asia, check out their wheel shops..you can get things cheaper and no tax. I picked up a set of 5zigen typhoons for 1000 (CDN) and only had to pay 29 bucks on top of that at the border. Anyways, for 800 you can't really buy quality wheels. Sorry to say, you can however, like someone stated buy used wheels, just make sure you take a look at them to see if they're bent/have alot of curbing. hehe, I'm fine with my FC. I guess it's because I'd get raped on insurance if I bought an FD (12-15k a year)

Twins? you mean it's still factory stock?
Just wondering. Good luck on your wheel search. You can get lucky. I just got a set of used wheels and tires for my 2nd gen, cost me only $200. Not kidding either, although one is curbed pretty bad, but it balanced and drives fine.
I had to buy new tires, cause the old ones were almost slick, so it was actually a good deal for me.

Look around in your local want ads, there is surely some good deals to be found.
Just do some searchin around here to see what will fit on your car properly.
