Identifying Fenders

Hi, I was wondering after spending a while searching, if anyone has an idea of the type of fenders on this car. (the blue one)

That looks like the stock one to me.

Yeah its the rear fender I am trying to put a name too, thanks for the comments anyway.

The problem is, its going to be near impossible to know for sure. I believe Panspeed and Burnout both have addon rear fender flares. Also, it's not a hard job for a good body shop to do something like that custom. Once those things are molded, it's hard to tell where they came from originally.
