I just want it to look nice too..

My kirk racing rall bar is coming soon and i want to anodize it red. Like i want it to STAND out.. it's not ricey to me cause i like the look of sleepers i just want this to be kool looking and i dont know where to get things anodized by me or even howmuch it may cost anybody wanna let me in on the info?

why dont you just powdercoat it red?

Anodizing gives a "flat" finish. I second the recommendation for powdercoating.

Well then with my options being flexable, where can i get it sent or bring it to get it powdercoated? and usually howmuch for the roll bar?

Look in the yellow pages under "powdercoating" for a shop near you. And it's a relatively inexpensive process. I've heard of stock FD wheels being powdercoated for only $30/apiece, so something the size of a rollbar should run about $100. Of course, YMMV.
