how low is the GTC bumper?

I have been shopping for a new bumper for my FD. I found a Mazdaspeed GTC for a good price but I am worried that it will be scraping all the time as I drive this car on the street. It looks like it sits pretty low in the front. Does anyone that has one have problems with scraping? Do they all sit low, or is there some that are lower than others that I need to be careful of?
Thanks,
Cliff

I was wondering the same thing. I just bought one and didn't even think of that until now. Anyone with a Mazdaspeed GT-C please chime in I would really like to know also.

I did a search and checked the post that you put up and I didn't really have any kind of answer. All I realy want to know is; is the bumper so much lower then the stock one that you have to be a lot more caution when you are driving around and pulling into driveways, parking lots, speed bumps, etc.

Any one with a GT-C on should be able to help.

Thanks

I bought the replica from Rotary Extreme and it sits pretty low. I had Tanabe springs all around and had to put on the stock springs just to drive around (I only drove w/ the Tanabe springs on when taking the car home from the shop). It's been a few months since I got the car from the shop and I cracked it twice, and scrape all the time. I love the bumpers looks, and am glad that I didn't jump ahead of myself by buying the original Mazdaspeed piece (can you imagine destroying a $1500 bumper?)...the replica is pretty much just a "test" bumper until I retire the car (it's my daily driver).
The main problem why it always scrapes is because of how the front of the bumper drops straight down (from the side view) and doesn't curve towards the tires.

Not sure what answers you were looking for but my post included clearance height. But if you want subjective answers, then yes, it's super low. I destroyed my $1200 bumper during autox when i went off to the grass....just a small bump did it.

And it scraped everywhere I went, so I took my other car when I had to enter parkades.
