HOw to clean wax off beltline rubberstrip?

I know this is basic, but I don't know how get the wax off the rubber stripping on the exterior of my '84 GSL-SE. I just bought the car & the exterior is exceptionally preserved. I should keep it sweet looking. Thanks in advance.

Back to Black is a product made by Mother's or Meguir's that should help you. If not try alcohol.

Don't laugh; I am serious. A local Zaino dealer told me the smooth peanut butter will take wax off rubber and plastic. I haven't tried it yet, but it sounds goofy enough to work
