Hey guys,
I was curious if there are any good cleaners that can remove surface scratches on the Plastic part of head unit faces. If there are please help me out =).

I would try to polish it out with a little bit of tooth paste or some sort of plastic polish.

3m Imperial Hand Glaze works great for that! I had some small scratches in an old Eclipse head unit and removed them using Q-tips dipped in IHG, then buffed out with an optical lens cloth. Time consuming, but it worked! After you're done with that, use the IHG on your paint and top it off with some good carnauba wax like Blitz.
