So how much would you charge to make another set of these? I'm sure you'd have ALOT of interested customers.

this took way too much time to make. It would be very difficult to produce quickly enough to be cost effective. There are poeple who make them for FC's already. Since you take a standard housing (6054 i think) I have seen these for sale. You just need to find some with bi-xenon projectors. Or use after market driving lights as highs.

These lights work so well that I don't even see much use for highs now.

I thought I had seen them for around $800 maybe cheaper. There was a guy on here that was going to do the FD ones but never did. I thought that he had made FC ones as well. Maybe not the Bi-xenon version but that was awhile back. Maybe he has made some by now. He does them for many cars, not just his own like me.

here is a link that sells the parts as well as does the conversion. You would probably need to find a set of headlamps that have clear lenses that can be removed from the housings. They can be standard halogen units. they will just cut all that out anyway. Their labor prices are listed at $275-300.

Well, thanks to Mikes thread,i have followed the path to the "real light" too.Its been almost a month since i've done the Retro-fit and everything works like a champ.I used the Audi RS6 bi-xenon projectors(which btw are a REAL PITA to fit in the housing-ITS A VERY VERY TIGHT FIT) + The ebay SONAR clear lenses.
I did some aesthetical changes compared to what Mike did,and also followed a different route in the electronics wiring(In fact my friend PETROS_Rx7 did all the wiring-circuitry).Here are some installation pics,i also have to take some nightshots and post them.

Also, EFS.O, what did you do to the headlight housings to make them a solid silver color? I thought they had a mirror-like backing. Would it be possible to make them solid black?

I was looking for a way to hide all the mess behind the projector(cables, glue, solenoids etc).I believe thats the reason mike painted the housing black. Then i had a brain fart and used an aluminium plate "block off plate"which i brush-polished!!!.For the round hole to the aluminium i went to a friend who owns a plasma CNC.If you follow that route, you can paint the aluminium instead of polishing it.
