OK so my car came with nice GXL seats, only thing is, the passenger side had a littel gum on it, and one of my cat peed in the driver's seat, i miss these seats and would liek to know if theres a way to make them worthy of my interior again with reupolstering them or anything drastic as i am on a budget
I used a "Bissell Little Green" Shampoo/Vac on it and i'm not sure that is all it going to need i did that about 5 times and i can still faintly smell it, and the gum isn't really coming out unless i pick at it
sorry if this has been covered i searched for cat, cat urine, pee, **** etc. nothing really relevant came up.
P.S. if i get these nice again i'll be getting rid of the beautiful GSL-SE seats that are in the car right now (i prefer the GXL seats b/c they match the car)

For the gum, stiffen it up with an ice cube, then scrape as much of it off as you can with a razor blade, then use "Goo Gone" (or an equivalent) to dissolve the rest. Now, if it's flat and black (like you see on the carpet at the movie theater or on the street), then you're SOL trying to clean that up.
As for the cat pee smell, spray Febreze on it. You can pick some up at any supermarket.

ok gun isn't bad so i'll go try that, but something tells me that just squirting febreze on the seat isn't going to help maybe if i pour half the bottle in that area
This stuff is the **** on getting rid of cat urine.

A little pricy, but you will use it many times. The great thing about is on the label. It is used by companies that clean up decomposed bodies!!!! It actualy eats proteins that cause the smells.
