So I'm going to be sending my s5 FC (stock body) into the body shop in a few months and I can't decide on a color. I'm stuck on two choices ATM millenium jade color code JW0 its a skyline R34 color and Ultrasonic blue mica color code 8U1 that comes on the lexus ISF.

If you have any other suggestions feel free to post them, thanks.

Everybody painting their cars goes with some sort of grey or gunmetal paint. If the blue paint looks anything like the first blue picture in real life/ regular daytime light, I say go for the less common of the two.

 

Go with the Jade. That will look hot.

 

I like the Jade if your going with subtle but IMO its too subtle. I agree that if the blue looks like the showroom pic then I'd go with that one. I like to stand out a little but not so much that it paints you as a target lol.

 

Yup, that is pretty much it. The OP just needs to decide if he wants something subtle (as I would) or something that stands out more (as you would prefer).

Either way it should look great because those are 2 nice colors. And, its and FC for rotary's sake!

 

Agreed. Either way you go they are both nice colors.

I say that I like it to stand out but when I repaint my FC I plan on just sticking with white. I dont know why but the FC just looks good in white. My FD on the other hand is a different matter lol.

you either like something or you dont, i dont understand how there can be a gray area there. its kind of like getting kicked it the nuts, you either like it or you dont, and it pretty much an instant choice.

YES! I could not agree more. It's almost as bad as the red interior on the FC.

 

Have you seen Herblenney's FD in Montego Blue? Definitely need to see it in different lighting.
