I have the hideous rust pockets on both rear fenders. While I'm planning on going widebody whenever Shine finishes the damn fenders, I'd like to fix this just to try it. I need help/advice though.



I was thinking I could wire wheel most of the crap out of it, hit it with some POR-15 to keep it from re-rusting, then bondo over it. I don't think it goes all the way through. When I go wide body, I'm going to trim all the repaired area away anyways, so if I screw it up, it won't hurt too badly.

What do you guys think I should do?

I'll put up more detailed pics tomorrow if that will help.

GRind it and see if the rust goes through.
