Question Help Making An Air Tight Seal

in the intrest of space, weight, and look, i have decided to remove the 2 bins behind the seats in my turboII and replace them with 2 12" woofers. i discoverd that it is possible to use the emty space underneath the bins as an encloser for my subs. i took a pice of mdf that was big enough to cover the wholes made a whole for the subs and drilled it to the floor. i manged to seal that area well however there are some gaps in areas and i was wondering if any one knows of any good ways to seal them up. i was thinking of some type of liquid that hardens and expands as a foam when it dries??

If your using the stock bin support as an enclosure then im sure its gonna rattle like hell. But if you insist then they do sell those foam sealant sprays at home depot or maybe you could fiberglass it.
