Ugh. My Haynes manual for the FC is downstairs and you didn't supply a large image.
Anyhow, why are you not using a harness adapter? Wires already cut up? I'd rather not advise you to cut up your stock wiring if you don't need to.

ok i dont think i made it that clear of what info that im needing to know.. i cant get a harness to just plug and play, i know what the colors on the sterio mean.. i dont know what the colors on the rx-7 harness that has been cut before.

12v light blue/red
acc. light blue/white
front rt spk + yellow/green
front rt spk - yellow/light blue
front lft spk + green/red
front lft spk - green/light blue
as far as the door speakers, they have an amp that needs to be turned on as well so the door speakers will work. But I need to know first if you have the headrest speakers first so I can tell you which wire to use to turn on the factory amp. Double check all colors just to make sure. Good luck

ok, try this. looking at your pics, the smaller harness has:
left door + brown
left door - brown/white
right door + blue
right door - blue/orange
these are the wires for the doors and the headrest speakers, but since you said that your headrest amp is gone, then is should be no problem. Now do the next step VERY CAREFULLY!!!!!
With everything off, radio disconected, the other plug with the cut wires has a brown/red wire. This is the turn on wire for the door speaker amp located behind the front dash speaker. cut that wire and supply 12v with a fuse holder and use a 1 or 2 amp fuse. Go ahead and turn the key on to accessory.
If the fuse doesn't blow up, go ahead and test the speaker wires using a c or d cell battery. put one wire on the center bottom of the battery and momentarily touch the other wire on top of the battery for about a second. you should be able to hear a popping sound out of the speaker and if that is the case, then go ahead and wire the speakers to the radio using the rear speakers wires. Also, rewire the brown/red to the accessory wire. If you don't hear anything, proceed below.
If the fuse blows up, or no popping sound out of the speakers, then the amp for the door speakers is located up behind the driver's side dash speaker and you can grab the door wires there. A little more time consuming but the wires will be there. Those colors are:
left door + light green/red
left door - light green/white
right door + light green
right door - light green/yellow
I did my friends vert a few years ago and had to think about it for a minute, so let me know if it works out and good luck
