Exclamation help help please help!!!

I am having a racingbeat type one bumper being placed on my car as i type. I have one concern though. All of you guys that have replaced your front bumper, what did you do with the plastic skid plate under the car. it will no longer attach to the bumper to hold the front of it up. Is it ok to remove it? I personally don't think so...
No way to keep out debris and no way to force air through the radiator. So problems with over heating right? please help me with this I do not want to have problems with this. tia

surely someone has an aftermarket front bumper. How did you work around the plastic skid plate under the radiator? did you leave it off, or did you fabricate something to make it work? if i leave it off will i have overheat problems? or other problems?

i have a bumper on mine and i left the skid plate there

it's not atached to the bumper persay but all my other clips r holding it up to the buttom of the bumper so it dosent hang down nor fall off

as long as it dosent hang down u can leave it

it will hold up to high speeds as well

mines still there

if u take it off and it dosent over heat then your good to go

my problem there is I still have the factory temp guage so I won't know when it's over heating soon enough I'm afraid. I'm going to see if I can come up with something to take up the empty spot up front. what did you do about the oil cooler the duct won't fit properly now. did you leave the duct off. It seems like since the hole in the bumper cover is bigger so it should get more air but it won't be forced through it like before.
