what kinda lights are these? Are they some new kinda border headlights? Just curious...

They are border lights but they have been around for a while. They're not new. Sorry I don't know the actual name of the bumper/light kit.

I think this has been out for awhile but are very unpopular. You have to buy it as a whole kit which comes with that ugly (in my opinion) front bumper.
