Headlights wont stop going up/down

Hey.

My headlights started going up and down now when i started it up after the RHD to LHD conversion. i used the LHD dash and plugged it into the RHD cables to the headlights. now they just goes up and immediately down and up again and continues until i turn them of. i also need to turn them down while the ignition is on. this is on an FD

what can be the problem? is it an easy fix or do i need to pull most of the cables again? :/

just say if i turn the headlights on they just go: up->down->up->down-> *repeat*

until i turn them off. will go to work and take a vid of it then. but if i remember correctly the lights work as they should but its just the motors that wont stop having their own life. also this car has almost no stock wiring. did a RHD to LHD conversion a while ago. and i yesterday i had to change the dash wiring so i needed to change from RHD wiring inside the dash to LHD and then i plugged the cables in and this happened.

I have the opposite problem. Mine went up and refuse to go back down. Is there a relay that controls these that could be the cause of your problem or the switch going bad?

My we're going up and down randomly, I replaced the relay on the relay box in the front cross member and problem went away.

haha i solved it. since i converted it from RHD to LHD but kept the stock wiring in at the fenders and stuff like that. it does NOT have the same pinout. now i am on my next quest to get the new turbo fitted and get some LEDs into the car.
