Headlight Kit Question

Anyone know what kit this is? Sorry about the size of it. Thought it would post bigger. Frankly, can't see enough detail to tell. I'll try again later.

BTW, the pic was taken, I think, at the HIN event at Laguna Seca back in Fall 2001.

The hood is definitely Run Racing so I would assume the light kit is as well.
