Headlight conversion question/help

Hello all..
I'm doing a conversion to these headlights on a non RX-7 car and I needed to know what one of the wires went to because they didn't come with a wire diagram or schematic and it is not labeled other than 12V Coil on the little box the wire comes out of. So I really need to know If its a "switched" 12v source or if its a constant like i run it straight to the battery..
Any help would be appreciated..

First photo is the headlights.. And the second photo is me holding the wire i'm confused about that has a 20A fuse in line and a copper round connector

The wire you are holding goes to a 12+ source like the battery. It uses the h4 plug to close the relay. The h4 plug consist of two 12v+ inputs one for low and the other is high. The third wire is ground.
