does anyone know if any company makes any kind of headunit install kit?

I have a sony Mx-630 filpdown cd-player which is just slightly smaller than the stock radio so its just kind of siting there rattling around...

how have all the rest of you been installing your aftermarket head units?

 

go to custom sounds, audio express, best buy, ect. and ask for an install kit. it will be around the $25-$35 range

 

^What "nillahcaz" said. But before you do that, did your head unit come with any trim pieces?

 

yeah it came with trim but there is nothing to mount it headunit to the DIN houseing..

according to best buy, circuitcity, and audio express there dont make one....custom sounds said they can make one but dident mention the price.

Just go to bestbuy like "nillahcaz" said get the install kit for the make and model of you RX and undo your bezel and screw in the pieces as instructed from the manual that comes with the kit...pop the head unit in do the wiring and enjoy...

 

hate you tell ya, but if you acually check the scosche web site, not a single one is for a 93+ rx7
