Got my FD back from the body shop.
I am just waitng for my RE Amemiya lights, rotors, ast, uim, and throttle body to come so I can put her all together. Just got done installing the fog lights. Dam I want to drive her so bad. I guess I will have to be happy for now just working on her. I also have put my new exhaust on. Also just got done polishing all the intercooler pipes, and M2 intake.

Was your car originally Black? I am painting my car soon, it is black now and I want CYM SOOO bad. Its expensive in the bay area (around 5500 to change color, 4500 to remain same) but I am going to do it anyway, none of the places will do the engine bay because the engine needs pulled and its too expensive I guess. So I have heard if your engine bay is black, its acceptable to have the rest of the car in a different color. Is that true? I have never seen it in person. I can see that if my engine bay is silver and the rest of my car is yellow it would look retarted, but black engine bay will work, right? Hey I guess it will match my black interior anyway, lol

My car was orginally black, and I like the fact that my engine bay is black. If it were yellow, it would need constant attention to keep looking good. When I get my uim, and throttle body back, and install my intercooler I will send you some pics. You can't beat CYM in the sun. It glows like no tomorrow.

Now I am all set to do this and someone said if I change the color on the car it will be noticable and I will have problems. I thought that they strip the black paint off the car, is that true?
BTW...your car looks good!

It depends on what you are paying for. My car has been painted three times, without stripping. You can get a great paint job without strippng, and stripping the entire car down is very very expensive.

lerch32,
Sweet ride! Whose front bumper is that? I know it's a Knightsports type. Just wondering where you got it and the quality of the fit. I have one from Wings West that is waiting for paint. I think I have the same lights, too.
