Gluing a piece back onto my taillight where it cracked off...PLEASE HELP!

What kind of glue do I use to get the outer rim of this taillight back together? About 2 inches vertical and 1/2 an inch horizontal cracked off and is hanging on by heaven knows what. What kind of glue do I use to get this sucker back together? Please HELP! I don't want to have a chip missing in my taillight!!

a solvent type glue for use on polycarbonate. its a thin water like fluid that basically melts the plastic together. just be careful not to get it on the surface of the lens or it will fog it.
