A good pearl paint job is $$$. I don't think that would be very practical for a street car that is going to get chipped and dinged.

I have always been partial to black, but I think you should choose whatever color YOU like.

I know what gun metal gray looks like, but what is gun metal silver?

You're getting a car painted tomorrow, and you don't know what colour?

A monochromatic black FC can look just evil, but it must be dead straight to look good. Poor black paint jobs are easy to spot a mile a way.

Gun metal silver will show the same flaws as black. With any metallic, the car must be straight because the flake will highlight any flaws.

Pearl white is nice, but only in the sunlight.

Graphite Pearl. Sort of a Dark grey peal ALA Porsche seal gray, Acura graphite. There was an FC with a GTC nose on Rotary Extremes site with a medium dark gray, looked great. I'm partial to Blue Myself

the bumpy looking surface on paint...kinda looks like a orange peel..

I'm going with pearl white in the future, i love white and the pearl just sets it off. Otherwise i love black on a car.

i say you paint it its current color or whatever the color of the engine bay is. it tends to look pretty cheap if you dont unless the engine bay is black.
