Titanium on the ferrari is very nice, it usually always stands out next to other colors of the same type. We painted one of our customer cars that color and it was always the one that got looks over the other two that were here, one was the similar color off of a supra other was off of a VW if I remember. They never looked as good as the one with the ferrari code even side by side. They just looked dingy. Whatever color you pick make sure you see it in person, and have them paint a flexible chip to check it out on curves and such. Also be sure to see it outside in the sunlight it can make all the difference. The two most common colors people respray on these cars seem to be some metalic blue and some type of steel grey.

No it is much like the steel grey on a viper only it looks better, try and stay with the more expensive makes and you will get better color quality. Ie avoid toyota, nissan, GM, ford, etc. look at ferrari, porche, lamborghini, definitely get a idea of the color your interested in and have chips sprayed then compare them side by side, you will be amazed the difference in color even with what you would think is the same color.

Is their a big difference in paint price between a ferrari vs toyota, I know that more clear coats would be needed, but in essence isnt it just a mix of different hues? So the price between a ferrari paint and toyota paint shouldnt be overwhelming, unless of course you got the paint from ferrari.
