Red face Front bumper change

I have just had the indignity of being involved in a bumper to bumper bingle.
Yep it was all my fault so I,ll take any abuse on the chin.
I was'nt paying the appropriate attention to the everyday gridlock that is Tokyo and I gently rammed the guy in front. Naturally the victim had a few choice words to say and I let him blowoff some steam. The damage his Nissan Serena sustained was
easily fixed with a bit of cutting compound and a buff job.
I however, got what I deserved and deformed the front fender enough to embarrass me when I drive. "So my question is".

I drive a FD3S Bathurst 96 model or a series 3 for short.
As I can get stock parts really cheap I want to chuck on the 99 spec front
fender. Does anyone know if the newer front nose cowling matches up with all the
respective mountings on the wheel arches on the younger models?
Are there any fouling issues with the slighty different air intake located behind the number plate mount?

If anyone has any info I would be grateful

Kind Regards
The raceace

i know on th usd model fds the only problem with attaching the 99 spec front end is the rebar. its doesnt fit due to the 99 spec turn signals.
