Also, here's a version that prints onto two 8.5" x 11" pages. If you can't print 11" x 17" give this a try. You'll need to trim the 1/4" border off each page (most home printers can't print to the edge of the page, so I gave it a 1/4" border), then tape the two pages together. I guess you could also just fold the border under instead of trimming; whatever gives you the straightest edge!

Has anyone found/made dimensions compatible with 3d printing yet? Or even a template with measurements for cutting out of sheet metal etc?
that paper one doesn't seem to have any measurements.

I finally got a set, so I can take measurements if you want.

I was actually thinking about taking a mold, making a set in fiberglass, and re-selling the original metal brackets

That would be awesome...my buddy does 3d printing,,,or even aluminum if I got the measurements...angles to bend are further back in the post I saw.
width of the metal would be great, not just length of the arms and all...

I have a guy willing to try an 3d print these... I'll let you know how it goes.
He mentioned making a mold and casting it in metal too.
