A few minor 'fixing' questions

A few minor 'fixing' questions
1, 2, 3, 4, 5 (Pics correspond to question numbers =P)
I had a few quick questions >.< Yeah yeah, as usual >.> They're all a little different, but relatively simple and they pertain to interior/exterior.
1. Anyway to fix the little chips in the armrest?
2. Anyway to patch up the whole in my mirror, or do I have to replace it?
3. What's this dangly looking box? haha, I feel like I'm about to cut a wire and blow myself up
4. That's the release for the gas tank cover.. but on my friend's S4, that's a hatch release. I've got an 87.5-88 SE, I think his is an early GXL... but still, should it be like that? ^^" Cuz I want/need a hatch release lever haha.
5. And, is this aftermarket tint? I have to get it removed anyway, as you can see its peeling off. But, yeah.
Any/all input appreciated quite a bit.

1. Buy a new armrest. Don't know of a way to replace that vinyl covering.
2. You can bondo the mirror and repaint, or, you can replace it too.
