I think there are several threads dealing with racing stripes if you do a search.

No need to post my pics. I have black with silver stripes and it looks very similar too the top two blue pics. I also have two pinstripes like the third car on the outside of each of the stripes. I think it adds a nice touch. Most people compliment the paint. A few who don't like stripes just say "I wouldn't have striped it". What matters is that I love the car.

No it's not Turbo'd
It's another thing that sets your ride appart from the rest, but is also personal preference, I like 'em and I'd much rather put stripes on it than some goofy widebody kit that destroys the lines of teh car... but it's personal preference....
Something that was said in a thred, that caught my eye, was Vinyl.... which is relatively inexpensive, $100-$200 as opposed to whole paint job, lasts a couple of years, and most importantly is removable, so if you succumb to peer pressure, or all of a sudden don't like 'em anymore, no biggie, just remove 'em...

if you were to put stripes on white ...i think white with ghost stripes would look sweet...you spray the stripes with a pearl coat and can only see em at certain angles...looks sweet
