Racing Strips on FDs

I'm repainting my car the brightest white I can find. I'm wondering if racing strips would look nice on it.

Does anyone have pics of FDs with racing strips.

Thanx,

Ken

i used to have them on FC, but I think clean white car looks much better than with stripes. Even though it attracts a lot of attention.

I think that that the bodies on these cars are perfect as mazda designed, I think that the "racing stripes" are a little ricer, or maybe redneck. save the racing stripes for vipers and 69 camaros.

Ya, I don't want to attract attention from the cops. I like white because it does not attract as much attention as red or yellow. It doesn't show the dust as much either.

Thanx, MAHJIK.

I kinda liked some of those pics. Maybe bright white with two Z06 Electron Blue stripes.

the stripes looked really good on the stock red FD, but on that FD with the body kit, it looked horrible.

Looks like JVOB's old car, which I believe became Brad Barber's newer car, which if he didn't sell it, is now his yellow car

I think stripes just look outta place on an FD. Keep the single color theme, looks nice the way it is.

I found out what it would cost. I was going to do one big Corvette Electron Blue stripe or two stripes on either side of the Mazda emblem like glass-man's.

Cost is $200 which I don't think is too bad.

In taking to my friends they think it will attract the cops a lot more than just having a bright white car, a 5" exhaust tip and loud exhaust.

What do you think?
