FD interior fitment

I wanted to see if someone can share images of these areas of their interior. It's been sometime since I've sat or used my car and now starting to realize how the fitment of interior parts are compared to my modern car. It's driving me crazy! Lol
I know this is a 30 yr old car so I know I have to except certain things. I just want to know if what I'm seeing has to do with loosing up some nuts and making adjustments or is that's how it comes from factory.

Thanks!

We will post some pictures of the cars we have here now but what you have there is about right. the passenger side of the dash near the a pillar is lifting some. one of the cars here now, the whole leading edge of the dash is raised up.

Admittedly my car has been garaged for most of the past 3 decades, and only has equivalent to 13k miles.

Seems about the norm to mine as well. Just shows how much cars have changed over the past decade or so.
