Question FD Factory steering wheel removal..

The write up on steering wheel removal over at www.iluvmyrx7.com has been down for sometime now. I don't want to screw anything up so if anyone supply me with an alternative write up that'd be great.

Thanks.

Vic

Unbolt the airbag.

Undo the wires for the horn.

Stick a long wire (metal clothes hanger) into the little hole above the center of the steering wheel and keep it there.

Pull with all your might.

This worked for me. I'm not sure what the wire into the hole did, but I saw it in a write up somewhere. I was successful and now enjoying my Nardi steering wheel.

Thanks for the link!

FDeez- Is the airbag off of your Nardi wheel disabled? or did it wire up? I'm installing a Miata Nardi wheel in mine.
