Question FC Gauge Bezel...

What are you guys doing to seperate the plastic part of the cluster from the rest of the bezel piece in order to put an aftermarket bezel (brusehd aluminum, carbon, aluminum look) in? Just try and be carefull pulling it apart and glueing it back together?

I have not got one at this point yet. I was probably going to get the carbon fiber one though. http://www.corksport.com/store/index.php3?cat=214913

I've got a few other carbon fiber things in my interior now and silver face Autometer gauges (probably in a c/f pannel under the stereo) along silver faced reverse indiglo gagues. So I figured the C/F bezel would match with everything else well.

I got the carbon fiber one. I was wondering the same thing. I tried real hard to get it off without cracking it but I broke it! I think I'm just going to find thin clear plastic, glue it & cut to fit. It was worth it! I got the white indiglo gauges too. Found them cheap on ebay, I think it was less than $100 for all. Looks AWSOME!
