F1spec gauging interest in being a rx-7 sponsored seller for full bucket racing seats

I was FINALLY able to install the seat I bought at Christmas after waiting 4 weeks for Wedge Engineering to send my the brackets I ordered, and it turns out that the headroom is WORSE than stock if you use the sliders they provide...
Which don't have the same bolt hole positions as the Sparco sliders, despite the fact that I was guaranteed they would...
soooo... I had to drill up the 110-dollar WE brackets to make the sliders (which are too damn thick) fit...
I guess I could try the Bride rails, but I get the feeling they aren't any better.
The stock sliders are fairly thin, but the mounting surface on the top wasn't flat, so I can't bolt them up to the side mounts without taking a dremel to them.
Otherwise, the seat's quality isn't bad, but be careful on how you spend your money trying to install them...
I thought about just bolting them straight to the WE brackets, but I'm gonna have to widen one of the holes on the side mount (I need another 2mm or so of room)...
and I really don't want a seat that can't move...

I already put my stock seat back.
I'm gonna get some Bride FG rails... I think they're designed to let the seat sit *between* the sliders and the sidemounts instead of *on top* of them, so theoretically you should be able to get just as much headroom as having it mounted to the floor (not the floor directly, but to the two crossmembers)... so long as nothing keeps the seat from going into the bottom setting.
Although, if anyone wants a seat bracket they can drill up to make an adjustable but non-sliding seat base, I'd sell my WE bracket for a good price... it would be useful so long as you're looking for a fixed seat base, and have some drill bits and taps for hardened steel.
The seat itself looks just like their pictures, except it has the F1Spec badge on the front cushion (...kind of wish it didn't).
Also, they say they can get Bride FG rails for 150, which is a bit cheaper than other places in the US (although they cost 130 in Japan... and hopefully I'll be IN Japan in a few months).

Thanks for that picture but that doesnt show that it actually fits on a 100% street car. The owner of the car says he doesnt have door panels installed so he doesnt know if it will fit properly on a car that has them. While the picture shows that the seat is actually installed, it doesnt guarantee us that it will fit with the door panel in place.

No, it'd be the opposite. My car's not with me at the moment, but IIRC, the cockpit kind of slopes backwards, meaning you have less space for a seat the farther back it gets pushed. So if a taller person had those seats and they needed to have them pushed back, they'd probably rub the door panel. Just to confirm that, we should ask the person who posted those pictures since it's one of the members on here.
