Lately I've seen a lot of people with ground effect lighting around, and that seems cool. But what is is called when you have your lights hooked up so that they can flash and everything. Thought that might be neat on my fb. Thanks guys

 

strobes lights?

 

Is that what it is?? I'm talking about having the parking lights, brakelights, and indicator lights flash randomly around the car like it's going crazy or there's a short circut or something like that. Is this possible? Sorry for the confusion.

 

ya those weould be strobe lights set up in different parts of the light housings.. not that hard to do

its also illegal to unless your car is parked

 

Maybe you could get some tinsel to decorate your car with, and a star for the top of the antenna.

Sorry I don't know anything about these things. Why do a lot of the people say "would that be rice"? From what i understand it has to do with people upgrading their imports, but is it just anything? I thought it was when you really did a lot of work on the engine and the stereo and the whole package.

 

Don't forget to add "R-type" stickers too...

 

Rice = A mod, usually done for visual appearence (but often lacks in 'taste'), that is non-functional, or hurts the performance of the car. I.E. spoilers on civics, that increase downforce on the rear wheels...even though it's a front wheel drive vehicle. It can be any number of things though, from stickers to exhaust or primer used as 'paint', etc.

 

If that's what you TRULY, honestly want to do, then by all means.... go for it. You seem like a pretty nice person who hasn't gotten all rude defending yourself
If you could, I'd say try to hook up with Merciless & Meistral (however you spell it). They are both in Chicago. Take a look at local meets, and ask around what the flavor/trends are for rx-7's.
