Epoxy/glue to fix R1 lip?

I tried some devcon 5-min epoxy and also some slow-cure CA glue. Neither would take on it.

What kind of glue works? What exactly is this made of?

try a plastic epoxy? not regular epoxy. i've never had to mess with that lip so i dunno though.
