Duplicolor
I am using them now on my interior. For the door panels, bins, rear pillar panels, kick panels, and the headliner, I used Flat Black. If you're going to do this route, you Will need the adhesion promoter for the plastic pieces. I did a rough durability test, ie leave them out in high traffic places, and have learned that multiple coats work best. As for the other plastics, like the gauge, console, and door plastics, unfortunately you still have to use the elbow grease and sand paper method. If you want a refresher, IMO, the duplicolor ruberized black looks the best. Check the Sticky at the top for pics of mine and Static's work. That will give you an idea of the difference. He used VHT products, which are very nice products to work with.

Actually, that is the reason I ended up trying it. I couldn't find any posts on here about the paint, but I figured if it worked in that one, it would work in mine. I did email Duplicolor about the car, unfortunately he no longer works for them.

ive just used this on my t2 to help convert some panels to black during my conversion. its amazing! did my carpets and a few plastic pieces so far and they have turned out like stock. stinks for a couple days but great product
Pics aren't any good on this thread unless you have b4 and after shots. It does however look more glossy. This reminds me, are all the color tones the same? What about flat, low gloss? I can't stand reflective glare so a low gloss is what I'll be after.
If you want before pics look in my thread at the top of this section of the forum. Its not that glossy without flash, its quite natural looking.
It is too bad we can't use RHD panels, they go for like $50 in Japan for a PAIR in black in good condition. Shipping would be a little expensive though, probably like $150.

i always had trouble with this stuff peeling on " high traffic areas". Like door panels that your arm is always resting against. I used it another time and it stayed tacky. never cured.
Is there anything I can put on as a finisher to keep the duplicolor rubbarized black from scratching off? How much do I need to andpaper it in order to effectively paint for the best result?
