Double DIN radio adapter kit for 2nd gen
Double DIN radio adapter kit for 2nd gen
Hey guys, I have a 90 GXL. I currently have a normal din size CD player in it. Well I am trying to adapter a DIN size gauge pod holder on the bottom. It seems like I will need a new adapter. Are there any kits out there that suppose a double din radio for 89+ cars?
Let me know if you know one thanks

They've been around almost 20 years - give them a call as well.
They're double din kits are the best / sturdiest in the buisness. They also sell the spacers to fit 6.5" speakers in the rear towers.
What I love is they're stuff comes with install guides for your car. You can also get a wiring harness adapter for the front speakers and head unit (be sure to specify which aftermarket headunit you're using.)
Also be sure to un-sauder the wiring harness adapters from the OEM speaker under the dash and in the rear towers. It's a sinch to wire these in-line with the replacement speakers and you don't have to cut the wiring harness.
BTW - their power antennas come with the install guide as well. I had to wided the drill holds on the aftermarket antenna mount for the antenna to fit, but it worked very well.
