For those with the rear diffusers, are there clearance issues with various mufflers? I have the "old" GReddy PE exhaust which has quite a large can. Am I going to have to hack the diffuser up to get it to fit? TIA.

You more than likely will have to modify the diffuser

Yes you will have to cut it, I did so with mine too. And just so you all know chuck will only be making a limited amount of these diffusiors in Fiberglass and a very rare amount of CarbonFiber one, since he still wants it to be exclusive, so I suggest if anyone wants one, to place thier orders now.

Ok, just wanted to do alittle updating on the RE Amemiya Carbon Fiber Diffuser Pro by RotaryExtreme. Ive had a couple months now to test it out, and besides the fact that even with my car lowered the diffuser doesnt cause any problems getting in and out of driveways or bumps. I have also noticed my car to be alot more stable at higher speeds then compared to having all types of various wings on my car as well. Dips and bumps on the highway doesnt seem to phase the car at all anymore and sticks even more firmly to the asphalt then I would have imagine. I'm Really impressed with it and actually would recommend one over a wing for that matter . But maybe I'll have to take off the wing and try it without it just to make sure. But besides it making the rear of the car look alot more agessive, I was really impressed that it actually made a major impact on my car's stability. Good work Chuck!

Trying to be nice as possible. I think your car is WAY over done.

How much money have you spent?

Trying to be nice as possible, you have very BAD taste.

And what gives you the right to ask how much he has spent, (which implies that YOU think he has spent too much) when a 20B conversion costs in excess of $35,000? (using your name, 20B Junkie, as a reference). I'm sure he has spent much less than anyone who has an FD with a 20B swap...

Ok i'll be frank. I think its ugly as ****, ruins the lines of the car's shape and design. And the colour is something you'd find on a show Honda.

Its free country. Yes i think he probably spent too much on the exterior, so what? Anything wrong with expressing my opinion?

20B's are nice, I wasn't saying he should of used the money on a 20B swap. I don't care if he spent less then what 20B conversion costs. Plus $35,000?.....come on

Crashunit, sorry if my posts makes you mad or whatever. Atleast you have a FD and money to spend

so how do the diffusers mount up? The green one at the rotaryextreme website has been bolted up or something. If i got one, i would not want it mounted like that. And... how hard is it to cut to fit your exhaust? Would it work with HKS super dragger exhaust?... which is kinda big. Thanks, i may have to get one, whether it fits well or not.

there are diffrent ways of mounting it and it all depends on the car. Just get it and email or IM me or chuck, and we will be more then happy to help walk you thru the install.

I did have the HKS TI CF exhaust before, but I got sponsered by RS*R, and I got the diffuser after that. However, I do remember its size and how the HKS fit, and the diffusier will still work with the HKS exhaust, but you just need to trim it a bit more for the canister, or you can use spacers to lower the diffuser so you dont have to trim anything. Up to you.
