Does a CWest front end look silly without side skirts?

Hey guys, I bought a CWest front end and I'm debating on whether or not to install it with or without side skirts. Now the more I look at the Mazdaspeed GTC front end I am liking it more and more. I was wondering if anyone has pics of someone with the CWest front end but without side skirts on their car. I am thinking it may look like something is missing. Maybe I should hold off on installing anything on the exterior until I have enough for a new set of wheels?

good idea...body kits look REAL silly without supporting mods, BIGA$$ aluminum wings and such skirts and wheels being some of the suches.

Well, I have seen guys with just the front and sides...I really like the stock rear end. I might do a little something so the sides and rear match up a little better.

I agree with you. I'll do some other type of side skirts.

Looks too cheezy. People will think you have no taste or don't have the money for it. It looks like just what it is, a body kit ONLY on the front. It goes down a lot lower than the rest of the car and looks like its not finished at all.

I think it looks nice. It would look better with side skirts, but looks good either way.

The cwest front end gives the lower part of the car a boxey look. The side skirts and rear bumper just carry that look around the car. If you just put the front bumper on it, the car will look good passing by but when people have time to get a good look at the car it will look like something is missing.

My motto is to get the GO before you get the SHOW. Nothing is worse than seeing a blinged out FD only to pop the hood and see the stock IC. (and everything else)

Yeah I think if you're gonna go with a new front bumper, you should get some sideskirts to match with the low profile of the front. It won't flow if you don't have the matching sides. And you might need matching rear to match the sides as well.

I agree with both of these thoughts. New wheels can wait, but it depends on how extreme the cars look changes.

What part of MD are you in?

Hey but do any of you think the Feed Sideskirts would flow with the C-west front?? coz the Feed sideskirts don't seem to add much, i think the front would still seem to sit alot lower than the sides or is it ok?
