There are a couple of companys that make filler thinner.
I know a couple of them are called supercharger and honey.
They should be available at a paint/body supply shop.
The stuff works really well, but it makes the filler clog your sandpaper a little bit quicker and it takes a little longer to dry. Some people say that if you wipe laquer thinner over it while the filler is still tacky, it will make it dry faster and will make it not clog your paper as quickly.
