Hey all,
I was thinking of putting some decals on my 87 RX-7. I just wanted some opinions on which decals look best, and most importantly, how hard it is to put them on. My car is a white non turbo, with dark blue interior, so ill probably get blue or black decals. I know, its kinda cheesy and rice rocket-ish, but what the hell, im gunna repaint the car in a year or so anyways. Here are some links for ones i might get. Tell me what you think!

If you plan on repainting it why waste money on ricing it up with those decals...

 

Please do not rice up an RX-7. Please just leave it alone!!! If you want rice sell your 7 to someone who will respect it and take care of it and go buy a Civic. PLEASE DON'T PUT ANY GRAPHICS ON YOUR 7!!!

please, if you want to criticize, heres not the place. Im going to do what i want regardless of others opinions, so if you have positive feedback, suggestions or anything that may help me, please comment. Otherwise, dont hate.

 

If you really want to rice it out, why don't you buy an APC spoiler, ricer tach, and clear taillights to compliment your decals? I also noticed the cool thing for ricers to do is paint their interior ungodly colors.

u should use graphics like this on ur white RX-7. Maybe a rainbow wit sum extra blue in it 2 match teh interior. U can always paint teh car pink later n put on another rainbow. Pink w blue interior would b tite yo. I seen teddy bear rims that would prolly fit ur car too.

I have nothing against any of those patterns - I DO have something against decals. Save some money and get a professional to paint the design you want. I don't like slapping a glorified sticker onto any vehicle, certainly not an FC.

Furthermore, stop spamming "ricer!!1111". If you think it's rice, say so in a decent and polite way. "I don't like it, I think it looks ricey." will do fine.

Wanna race? I'm sure just about anybody on this forum will beat you and look better doing it without gay decals. That's what I think.

And before you ask, no they don't make clear taillights for these cars.

 

lets get one thing strightened out
rice=econo-crap cars tricked out trying to be sports cars, notables signs decals, graphics and company decals for "sponsors"
sports car, what an rx7 is, a true sports car. developed to be driven like hell. meant to be beautiful and clean, stickers and large spoilers unnecessary.
race car - stickers and paintjobs for REAL sponsors wings functional as the car is over 100mph about 90% of the time.
think of a decal as a fake tattoo, if your going to do something that drastic to your car, commit to it and have it painted on. you asked for opinions and you got them.

not necessarily, if it supporting something you know, but putting toyo tire stickers all over your "fly ride" when you aretn sponsored by them is downright dumb, i have decals on my car, but they are small and are for AZRX7.COM thus supporting a important cause

i have only one visable sticker on my car and it a my greddy exaust badge. i only put it on cuz it has a look like it almost is factory. so i put it right over the word Mazda on the back. it looks good and no one has ever said anything bad because its tastefully done i have one other sticker and that is the evans coolent rad cap sticker saying not to add water but i seriously dont like the decals and stuff on cars. if you alreaddy got some well............... u have 2 options

1) live with people making fun of it even if you think it looks good (you will grow out of that i hope)

2) remove it and act like it never happened.
