I never said they created the logo, but they are forum sponsors that are already selling the decal, no doubt under agreement with the forums owner. You're just taking the logo, adding some hash marks, and selling at a higher price to make a quick buck. I don't see you as a forum sponsor anywhere.

Big deal they are forum sponsers? i never said i was nor do i care. I don't need to make a "quick buck" I make enough lettering peoples cars, buildings etc around here, I just offered something that people may like better then they one already offered and also said i could make custom things for their cars. No one had to buy it, it's just and offer. So stop trying to be sherlock holmes and figure out where the stencil came from. If you dont have anything positive to say about it or even a comment worth anything then theres no need to open your mouth. Thankyou , good day.

The belief that certain persons or members of certain classes or groups deserve favored treatment by virtue of their perceived superiority, as in intellect, social status, or financial resources.
If youre going to try to use sophisticated words, at least use the proper one. As far as I can tell, he is calling out someone who ripped off a design, and is now selling a product on the forums without being a forum sponsor... which is against the rules.

Does that mean you wouldn't have a problem with someone making the exact same decals you're selling and sell them for 2 for $10?
Be a bit more creative and stop stealing other peoples designs.

Just wondering that did you get permission to use RX-7 club logo design? RX-7 club logo is registered design. The fact that you are coping the design without the owner's permission is illegal. My advice is you better stop selling this and recall any decal you every sold with this design or wait to hear from Ryan's lawyer.

Hey RecksSeven, just change it a tad so it is your design. I think it looks better anyways with the tach behind it. I love how people get their panties in a bunch about stickers on this forum. Need to step away from the computer.

Well, the forum admins will be pissed when they find out how much money I have made off this place.
Dont think some bologna forum can stop anyone from making business. Anyone can bypass a VB.

That's bullshit. As someone who owns more than 100 copywrites and 2 trademarks I can safely tell you that they cant pursue a damn thing.
They don't own the rights to the name RX-7, Mazda does. If they pursue ****, Mazda can pursue this board.
He can freely sell, original design of the owner or not. Its called a loophole.
Its also illegal to claim copywrites when they don't own one and want to enforce. I just checked for you.
Stop trying to intimidate someone trying to make a buck.
