You can also go to ebay. Seriously, I have a 7" touchscreen that I'm installing in my dash for my carputer. It was about $200 shipped for it. I've hooked it up in a temporary manner and it works great.
As for the PS2 aspect, the one I have has two different A/V inputs as well as a standard monitor input. The sound would just be run through your stereo setup.

yep he pretty much summed it up. !!^^^!! if i was you and you are considering a motorized in dash screen i would take a look at a carputer and touch screen to replace both the DIN plates it could be done for similar costs.
