After looking at the pictures, the stock hatch cover will need to be trimmed to fit with this box. The hatch cover extends below the strut bar, and curves under it about 1/2". Trimming the lower edge of the cover will make it work, and will not be noticeable.

What you don't seem to undestand is, the internal volume of the enclosure is only .75 cubic feet, so that's going to be a limitation in the number of subs you use. Considering that, either build a bigger box, or use smaller subs.

Great info, im going to do the same thing, but with a 10" W6, so im going to have to change some dims.

Another question for you guys running the cargo cover, how bad does that rattle with a sub?? Dont mean to hyjack or anything, just cause we're on the subject

My one 12" JL W0 makes my hatch rattle a lot haha. And it's not even powerful at all.
