Hello! Has anyone gotten new floor mats from this company? I was thinking of getting a custom pair for a friend for XMAS, but they have more than a couple of beige/tan swatches to choose from and I'm leary of getting something that doesn't match. (the car is a Montego Blue FD with the standard factory (beige?) interior)
Being that they'll be embroidered, they are non returnable. Does anyone know the CLOSEST color selection to the FD interior color? I would've said beige straight off, but the car's not in front of me and now I'm not so sure that a darker color wouldn't be more accurate (Camel?)

Help pleeeeeeease.....if you've had experience with this........

 

I got these mats and they fit great. I couldn't figure out what color matched the tan either, so I just got black. Black on tan carpet really looks good IMO (the rest of my interior is black, though).

Thanks so much for the info, but I'm pretty sure the 'preferred' color by my friend (through hint dropping) would be to match the color to interior, although I am sure your car looks great! Anyone else? Anyone? Bueller? Bueller?

 

Actually, black is pretty nice since it will still match the console pieces.

I bought 2 sets of floor mats from Mazdatrix, one tan and the other black. Let me say this, I won't be buying tan anymore....

Can you get them embroidered with rx7 or something like that in like a blue thread cause that would be nice too to go with my interior.

I emailed the company, but the only way they'll help is to suggest I order their swatches and I don't have time for that silliness. Besides, when the hell am I gonna be able to be snooping around my friend's car, trying to match the carpet up? The thing is garaged for the winter.............

I ordered my set about a year ago and they are still in great conditioned! The quality is very close to OEM standards and like Sparkey mention above, you can get them embroided.
