custom boost controler housing

im taking my middle central vents out and putting a pop out housing that im going to retro fit to my greddy profec e-01 to pop out of the vents........i need to put some sort of heat protector to stop the wires n electronics on the profec from melting.......im going to mold fiberglass door to it so it will stay hidden till i open it and push a button to have the controler "pop" out..........keeps thieves from seeing it .....painting it same color red as my fd. any input?

Sounds like it'd be awesome. But with all that sound/entertainment equipment you already have on board, why bother hiding a boost controller?
