Crusin without headlights?...

Is it possible to have enough light projected out of the fogs to cruise at night (Just cruising!) to have good visibility? I was going to retrofit HID's in the fogs assuming I can run those are regular cruising lighting and headlights for the back roads.

FEED makes an HID version of the 99 spec turn signals/p.lights, people say are good eough to use without the popups...but you'd need a 99 bumper

Sounds illegal to me, you would be relying on something for vision at night that would no doubt not meet the Design Rules for your region.

There's a different between driving lights and fog lights. Fog lights only light up a short distance in front of the car (the intensity of the light is much lower and wider). Driving lights is the complete opposite (long, bright and narrow).
