Thumbs down Circuit City can't get my power antenna to work (FC)

Went over there to buy a CD headunit for my daily driver FC cause I wanted something cheap and they have that free installation deal. Obviously, they installed it just fine except my power antenna doesn't go up or down. I previously had an aftermarket Sony cassette headunit and the antenna worked up until I pulled it into their shop. They told me they did "everything they could" but still couldn't get it to function. So now I got no radio. They also said I could bring it back if I wanted to and they could look at it a bit more. Being fairly I.C.E. illiterate, I wanted to see if someone has had a similar problem...and if I go back, what I could tell them to look for/double check/install, etc. Thanks in advance.

In the FC, the antenna is a Negative Trigger. Tell them that and to run a relay between it and your aftermarket deck.

Great, thanks. I searched and saw a few things on "negative triggers," but I couldn't figure out exactly where it was supposed to go.
