nope all fuses seem to be fine. I also have notices that the front 93-95 "combo lights" arnt working and the horn. Im only worried about the cd player. the EFI fuse has some green **** inside but just a little. Is there anyway I can just rewire the cd player stright to some power???

The exact same thing happened to me when i put my aftermarket cd player in. It was a blown fuse, i missed it the first time i checked so you might want to check again.
