nobody does. you need to buy a used one..buy it new from mazda$$$$ or get a local shop to custom make you one.

 

No such thing you either have to get a used one, a custom made one or one from Mazda that is a billion dollars.

If you find someone that will do it there are plenty of people on here that would jump at the chance.
