Personally, That red and CF don't jive. Those hoods are pretty bad *** though. I'd eliminate the NACA duct from the front of it if it were my design. The louvers kick ***.

I'm sorry, but I'm not a big fan of that hood.

red and black do compensate each other but he need a carbon fiber wing, and or door handles, need more black on the car than just the hood...

BLACK and red... yes Graphite (aka funky charcoal) nope....

The hood has too much going on to be shadowed in another darker color against the red car. makes it look goofy like that.

All carbon fibre hoods should be painted to match the car, or the car should be painted to match the hood.

It's a pretty nice car though!

Is that a stock plastic AST I see??? Up behind the BOV, haha that would suck if it cracked and you got coolant on that brand new hood - lol

I'm here to vouch for the red FD (philips) - that guy has the NICEST engine i've seen. you have to see in person to appreciate it. he has put SO much time and effort into cleaning, polishing, rebuilding his engine ,etc.... show quality engine that is actually driven and auto-x'd.

Silver 93, you have a perfect point, and i know cause ive seen it in person as well, phillips RX is amazing the detail and the cleaness of it is remarkable, his knowledge of the car is equally remarkable, and that car is a beauty and fun as hell Kudos to phillip on an excellent car/hood/engine
