Can anyone ID this fd front bumper?

So in my never ending quest to find a final look for my car I am deciding on my 2009 makeover. Right now I have been leaning towards the feed kit, but I dont like the side part of the feed front and I dont like how you can see the tire when looking from the rear on the feed front fenders. I stumbled across this car on japan auctions, the whole kit is 70,000 yen but they dont mention who makes it. Anyone know?

Well it would just be the feed front, plus ad9 hood, cf feed sides and stock rear bumper + cf amemiya pro diffuser and lowered. Still figuring out what to do with fenders as i cant stand how the tire shows with the feed fenders and what i am going to do for mirrors. Decisions decisions. Lots of new engine stuff coming soon too + brembo f40 or f50 brakes. I should start a new "purerx7 makeover thread"

Origin bumper doesn't have the side vents in front of the tires. I've never seen this one before so now I'm curious and trying to figure it out.
